
About PUSH Dynamic Training
Founded in 2006, PUSH Dynamic Training (PUSHDT) is a fitness and performance training facility offering small-group, semi-private, and private training programs designed for athletes of all levels.
PUSHDT utilizes a dynamic interval training approach that combines strength, conditioning, and performance-focused workouts in an engaging and supportive environment. Group classes are offered throughout the week in the mornings and evenings, with weekend classes available once daily. Outside of scheduled class times, our trainers provide private and small-group training sessions tailored to individuals ranging from beginners to elite athletes.
Membership rates are based on the number of training sessions selected each month and are available through flexible contractual plans. Drop-in clients are always welcome—simply send a text the day before to reserve your spot.
